| Comment: We have 2 units 217 and 219. For the unit 219, there are about 7 wires from the circuits in that unit that come into the junction box. There are no breakers in the box. Four of the wires have been tied together and jumpered over to the junction box for 217 unit. The 3 other wires are tied together and jumpered over to the 217 unit's junction box as well. So even though we have electric supply of its own for 219, apparently nothing is connected to it and all circuits are getting power from 217. The property inspection was conducted and they said the junction box for 219 is too old and needs to be replaced. So basically looking at putting a new junction box/panel for 219 unit, tying up all the wires from that box into the breakers in the new junction box and getting it powered off the supply coming from it's own meter so the supply for both units will be separated. 2) There used to be a unit in the basement and it was demolished. There was a separate electric meter and junction box etc |
