| Comment: 1. Add an electrical outlet for electric shades on our rear patio. Outlet should be appropriately shielded for exterior weather. Discreetly run power cord from shade motor to the outlet. Outlet should be high on side wall above round end table. There is a nearby AC line in the attic that can be used. The attic is easily accessible and is air conditioned. Note that the antenna for the remote control for the shades is in the power cord sheathing, so the power cord must be exposed. 2. Install light kits and remote controls (including reversing unit) on two ceiling fans in the living room. We have the appropriate matching light kits and remotes made by the manufacturer of the fan for this model fan. 3. We have a whole house Siemens generator with a transfer switch. The transfer switch is working properly when the public power goes out (the generator starts and the power cuts over to the generator) but it is not working when the public power resumes (the generator stops but the transfer s |
