| Comment: I have a few items I need done (the first one is the one that is the emergency): <br />1. Inspect possible water leak in wall that is draining near an electrical outlet in the living room. Wall is buckling and showing water damage near outlet. <br />2. Replace a broken dual switch (w/dimmers) in the dining room. <br />3. Inspect why lights in family room keep burning out whenever the light switch is turned on. <br />4. Inspect if microwave is on it's own separate switch on electrical panel and if not, move it to it's own switch. <br />5. Inspect electrical panel to make sure that wiring only includes our townhouse's electric wiring and not the adjoining units. <br />6. Replace five Dimplex heating controls with electric LCD panels to control the baseboard heat. |
