Interior work: 1) Remove 24 - 2x2 lay-in fixtures throughout the store ( may be more or less depending on store) 2) Install 28 (60 watt) recessed lights - locations to be specified but will be in close proximity to the locations where the 2x2 lay-ins were removed. 3) Install 24 pendant light |

| Comment: Looking to buy older bungalow home with great bones...needs wiring upgrade...has fusebox...some romex & some OLD cloth wire. House has central heat and air, 1570 sq ft down, 1000 sq ft unfinished up. Basement and crawl space access down and TOTAL clean walk-around access upstairs. Fuse box panel on inside back porch. Thinking additional 110 outlets need to be added in each of six room in the floors for ease; would like to see flood lights on four corners of the home and possibly outlets outside on at least two sides of the house for yard work tools/cords. There is a water heater, stove, dishwasher, refrig, central heat & air unit and also a recently added electrified garage just off the side of the home...I would be adding MUSIC, COMPUTER, etc. No insulation in the attic either (YET)...total, clear access everywhere. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
