| Comment: The paint on our walls is is cracked and peeling and this is pervasive throughout the entire first floor. We believe it's due to some shortcuts that were taken when the home was originally built. We've had painters look at the walls and have been told that the walls need to be covered with a thin layer of drywall or replaced entirely. We'd be open to either option. The first floor of the home is approximately 1500 sq ft. with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. Some ceiling work may be required in the master bathroom due to some water damage. |
