| Comment: Place new drywall in a 4' X 3' area hole in a finished and textured ceiling. I need someone with serious finishin skills to repair this hole and make the repair un-noticable. In addition, I have an additional drywall repair job for for a finished interior wall in the same room, due to a new larger double door installed in the wall that required a new header aboove the door, and a 6" widening to the right side. I need this repair to be finished as well. |

| Comment: Good morning, I am closing on a Duplex in Ogden next week and it needs a bit of work done. At a minimum, things to be done include: <br /> <br /> - Drywall repair of one 4" or so hole and other nail and screw holes in upstairs unit <br /> - Painting of upstairs unit (1,000 or so square feet) <br /> - Hanging double door in upstairs unit <br /> - Installation of horizontal blinds in both upstairs and downstairs unit <br /> - Patching a 4" or so hole in downstairs unit <br /> - Touch up painting in downstairs unit <br /> - Hanging of 3 or 4 interior doors in downstairs unit <br /> <br />I'm hoping to find one group that can cover all of these tasks, I expect it to be less than a day's work. I will be buying additional properties over the next year and expect those will need similar levels of work. |
