| Comment: I have removed a closet from our guest room in a home we are preparing to move into. Need the following drywall work completed. Complete mud and sanding on two walls which I started but want a professional to complete. One interior wall and one exterior wall. This is where closet tied into perimeter walls of the room. Complete mud and sanding on ceiling where closet was removed. Problem is that the ceiling is textured with older pattern that was used in the rest of the house. I would like to have pattern restored in the room. I suspect contractor will have to redo entire room ceiling to make pattern look right. Pattern is wavy lines, something like a bark look. House was built in 1994. |
