| Comment: There are some cracks in some walls near the ceiling of my home. Is it safe for me to just repair the wall cracks? There are also nails popping out of the drywall near the ceiling and wall joints. Several years ago we had a roof leak that stained a small area of wall and ceiling in one room. Is it safe to seal the area with primer and paint over them? The areas connected to the windows are also chipping. There were a lot of ants in and around our home in the last 2-3 years and want an inspection for bug damage. I am in need of written free inspections with line item estimates. |
