| Comment: Own an older condo on Hilton Head. 409 Ocean Dunes. I want popcorn ceiling removed and given a smooth finish. Entrance hallway and bedrooms had paneling and years ago they filled in grooves of paneling and wallpapered. Held up well but now that "pink mold" is starting. I want to have the paneling torn out and new drywall put up, taped, sanded and painted. There is drywall in the living room but popcorn ceilings are there. There have been water leaks in the ceiling in the living room (we're on top floor) so I'm concerned about condition of ceiling drywall underneath the popcorn. <br /> <br />Probably best bet is to call me at night to discuss in greater detail.
