| Comment: I have a few small projects that need to be completed before I can put my house up for sale. A dryer vent in the lower level has a small leak, dry wall has already been removed. I need the dryer vent leak fixed and dry wall replaced. In the same room there is an area of dry wall that needs to be finished from a previous repair to include the replacing of two wall outlets. And finally, I have two dogs who have done significant damage to two windowsiles, which need to be reconditioned or replaced. Plus any helpful suggestions to keep the dogs from causing any further damage. I hope you can help and I would like to have this happen sometime next week. |
