| Comment: Original french door replaced with a new french rear exterior door. Exact same issue has reacurred with the replacement door. The lower left exterior door jam is wrotten from the bottom up. Don't know if the water is seating on the threshhold or if the water is running down from the top. We had the 2nd story window replaced already because the repair contractor hired through Home Depot who replaced the door felt like that was where the water was coming from. So we have spent all this money, new door, new window and the problem still exists. I really need a Holmes on homes kind of guy to suggest what to do to solve the problem once and for all. |
