Comment: Glass doors have been extreamly hard to open since moving in at the end of August 2011. My husband and I have to lift up the back of the glass door and pull backwords to open. Everytime it rains, water splashes from concrete onto the track. Bottom is a little rusty and the track is half way full of watery dirt after any rain. THis morning the handle broke off so it make it twice as hard to get a good grip to get the door open. SInce it's a saftey issue and the door we let our dog out of, it is important that we get it repaired. It would also be nice if the kids could actually open the door!
