There will be a roommate with pets living with me and I have pets as well that I don't want to integrate with my roommate's pets. The project would consist of installing a door to one sides of the walls of the staircase, a door that hinges open inward. I am handicap, so the door would have to have a door knob that is located near the base of the door. |

| Comment: A Storm Door was installed incorrectley by another company. Molding was torn off all the way to the frame. Some of the molding was broken. Storm door was installed and the molding placed on top of Storm Door frame leaving a gap between molding and storm door frame. Storm Door was also installed backwards (handed incorrectly) Work Needed- Replace molding, seal around new molding and install storm door correctly and correct side. |
