| Comment: Looking a purchasing a property off the Trout River/St johns River access, I thonk it may be Ribault River also, there is tidal and from what I saw it was muddy etc. I may be able to add into mortgage if I choose to get property however I need to know wha I am looking at. I would like a single run at this time or maybe an L shape, not sure of allowance or enviro circumstances but I am guess about a 50-100 yards. may even do some bulk heading. no boat lift required at this time.
