| Comment: Placed a new roof yr.2005,roofer accidently hit the wall making a whole in the wall,they forgot to fix it.this yr the rain came in though the out side whole into the closet,causeing mildew,& mole did'nt notice it because rarely used(extra bedroom)the wall is between the closet and out side wall,plus the living room is on the same side of the wall,called a plumer not the pluming its the whole in the wall that caused the problem,we also called the specialist to see what extend of the wall was wet.he used a special counter,which the walls were very wet. |
