| Comment: Dry rot is present around perimeter of house in the crawl space. The ends of the floor joists are rotted and will need to be cut out and replaced. The extent of the damage isn't known, but it seems to be just the ends of the floor joists and the rim board. I don't think the mold is currently active since it has dried up down there and proper ventilation has been added. |
