| Comment: A leak in the roof and possible pest damage, before I bought the house, has conributed to some damage of sheet-rock. While at the same time poor water drainage from the roof has lead to a less then stable foundation that has contributed to small but increasing cracks in different rooms in the house, as well as, the flooring in varous rooms. The foundation, gutters, siding, and roofing would be the first and most important steps. While the interior of the house comes second and, most likely, at a later date. I work off-shore on a boat so email is the best way to do this right now, and when I can get to the house and contact people I will do so. |
