Comment: A leak around the chimney caused ceiling damage that included mold. We don't know how extensive the mold damage may be. Chimney leak has been repaired. There is also a warping of wood trim and a door frame in the basement from an undetermined seepage of water. Gritty sound can be heard under vinyl tiles after water was found covering floor on two occasions.
