| Comment: I had a sump pump failure in my crawlspace which I became aware of on 4/16. The water table had risen to about 1" above the floor of my crawlspace. The sump pump was fixed on 4/16 and the water table was pumped down several hours later. However there is still residual water on top of and underneath the poly-sheeting which covers the dirt floor and I have wet OSB panels down there. I don't want the conditions in the crawlspace to be favorable to mold, so I would like the wet poly-sheeting removed, the area dried out with fans, and then new poly laid down. The affected area is approx. 200 sq. ft. |

The sump pump is now working properly and the water table has been pumped back down; however I have wet poly sheeting and some wet OSB panels and a bit of wet insulation. I just need the wet poly removed, the affected area dried out with fans and new dry poly laid down. Basically, I just want to avoid conditions favorable to mold in the basement. The affected area is approx. 200 sq. ft. |

| Comment: hot water heater leaked and was replaced over the weekend. water hearter located upstairs and the bottom floor was flooded, not stading water, but the carpets were very wet. only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and not the entire room in either. |
