| Comment: My mother's house is on a hill and there are about 32 steps that she needs to walk to get up there. She has a hard time walking. I would think with the incline, this would need to be a zig zag shape. She cannot afford it so I am trying to find prices to see what we can do. |

| Comment: My boyfriend has POA for his father, whom we are purchasing a cash home for in Lansing to move him here from KY. The home should be purchased by next week and we are planning to move him here at the end of July. I've taken pics and some rather poor, but still useful, video while they were stripping and re-doing the floors.

To accommodate his motorized wheelchair, below are some things/thoughts I have but would appreciate your input on. Our funding is extremely tight, so a review of the site and an estimate would be ideal so we can determine which items will be addressed first, and which can wait a few months.

I believe the interior doorways need to be widened, maybe even push the long hall wall back (if possible), possibly moving the front bedroom entrance to the adjoining living room wall or angled on the corner, consider adding a bathroom entrance from the rear bedroom. There are plenty of low cabinets in the kitchen but changing them |
