I have purchased the composite material and want the contractor to furnish 2 x 6 treated lumber sub-framing on 16" centers and concrete cap blocks to raise up the deck framing off of the concrete for drainage and ventilation. The concrete cap blocks should be on 6' max spacing. The overall size is 30'-0 long with one section 12'-0 wide x 20'-0 Long and the other 10'-0 wide x 12'-0 long. Please contact me if interested. |
