| Comment: I am in the process of purchasing a home in Peculiar Missouri. The FHA home inspection reveals fasteners are missing from the back deck. The deck is currently secured by nails, but fasteners need to be added to better secure the deck to the home. The home was built in 2007 and the deck is in good condition, just needs the fasteners added. Can you please provide a quote of this cost? Thanks much. |
