Comment: We have a small landing with a stair case going down on one side. The current landing is elevated roughly 8 feet off the ground. We are wanting to replace the landing and extend the deck from one end of the house to the other, still being elevated with a set of stairs off to one side. We are unsure whether we want to leave it open, or have a covered or screened in room. We are looking for estimates as soon as possible, and plan to do the remodel the first warm weekend.
