| Comment: We want to add a second lower tier deck that attaches to our present deck. The size of the new attached deck would be about 11x15. We would need railings and a couple of stairs to come off of the deck. We would want a gate incorporated on the present deck so that the two area could be closed off;i.e. the new deck is unaccessible when the gate is shut. Also the 2nd deck needs to be able to support a 2 person portable hot tub if we desire to purchase one. We would like to have this project done before spring and the contractor must be bonded and insured and have a business liscence. |

| Comment: very simple. 1 level. no railing. 1 to 2 steps going all the way around the deck. it will almost blend in with the house. but very neat and clean. and i want the steps to be wide so your foot fits comfy on it and so it could be used as seating as well. i want the steps to be sealed tight so you cannot see below the deck. the yard is not level so 1 side will probably have 1 step while the other side has 2 steps. |
