Comment: Recently moved into a home and discovered that in two separate locations support boards/beams were not properly installed, making that specific area of the deck questionable. In addition, I have a concern that as the deck gets older, that there is a possibility that the deck might "sag and/or move" away from the wall. I believe it is attached to the foundation of the house; house, I would like a peace of mind knowing that pracautions have been taken to ensure that the deck remains secure for the foreseeable future.

Comment: we are trying to rebuild our deck around our 18x33 above ground pool. Our deck attches to the back of the house leading up 68 stairs. It only goes half way around the pool, we want to add on a screened in room if at all within our budget. Not wanting to go all out but we also have a spaceway between our house and detached 2 car garage maybe 5 foot wide going around to the front porch that need to be redone as well its just to old and out dated. If not a screen porch just a covered area, even a few benches and storage for pool equipment. Thank you very much and here from you soon. Danielle xxxxxxxxxxxx
