Our hearth area (area in question) is surrounded by carpet, plus there is a seam in the concrete that is a concern if we laid ceramic/porcelin tile. <br /> <br />We are looking for a 1/2"-1" thick; 1-piece slab custome fitted into our hearth---where we can simply set into place withour mortar, glue, adhesive, etc. The demensions? around 48" x 14" .
