Location is almost level with a drop of around 3" from side to side and about the same from front to back. Right back corner iwill be our reference point of slab height. There is some extra dirt available for final leveling etc. Bobcat would be nice even though a wheel barrow and lot of shoveling would also work. There is truck access from side street straight to pad site. Looking for install asap. Must be able to upfront cost of job and I pay you in full when job is finished. I am honest as long a you are.
