| Comment: The front porch is about 18+ inches of slab, on the right corner there is cracking and visible movement. The front step into the house is also concrete and has visibly moved as well. Where the corner meets the driveway (no space only concrete to concrete) there is cracking and cracks that run in the drive as well. There is additional cracks in a walkway about 15 feet away- this does not need to be fixed but may be part of the same problem. There is also mushy grass on the back side of the home, but no cracks in the back patio. Not sure if this problem is related. There is no visible cracks in the foundation in the front that buts up to the front porch. |
