| Comment: Existing railroad tie retaining wall has some rotten ties at the bottom that need replaced - wall beginning to buckle. The ties are 8 ft long and are staggered. There are also some ties displaced from another low retaining wall that need to be repositioned. These ties all border a gravel driveway - all has been in place since 1974. |
