| Comment: There is currently an old trailer stoop that needs removed from the house along w/its railings and I would like a concrete porch (including footer) installed in its place. Porch will be approximately 5x7 or 6x9...need to talk with contractor. Porch needs stairs and existing sidewalk could use some straightening as it's not cracked or anything - it's just crooked. Probably need a railing on the porch - I need to call the zoning officer and find out if that's required or not or what. (and possible a h/c ramp on one portion of porch but may go for a portable one of those instead -not sure yet) |
