| Comment: We are finishing up construction on our home (did/doing it ourselves), and as soon as we are done, and I do a whole house deep-clean, I would like to have a cleaning service start coming either once a week on Monday's or once every two weeks on Monday's depending on their pricing. With managing my husbands company and now starting my own company (which will have 4 divisions) I am no longer going to have the time to spend my entire Monday cleaning the whole house like I am used to and used to (before the construction) started. We have 4 floors. The basement, which has the utility area, and then my store (which is still under construction), the steps/landing up to the main level, which has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom w/a small foyer, then stairs up to another landing and steps again which go to the upper level with two bedrooms w/each their own bathroom, and a laundry room, and then a loft which I have made into my home office (I work from home). |

| Comment: Townhouse living room / dining room combo, small kitchen, powder room, two main baths one is shower one is shower/tub, 2 bedrooms, basement finished tv room, computer room both have very little furniture. Basement is carpet, living room, dinig room wood floors, kitchen ceramic floors. Larger windows in LR and BR, french door from LR and one front door with small 4 x 4 ceramic floor entry with small coat closet. In the process of replacing windows, siding (done) now the front screen door, french doors have been replaced, main area has high cathedral ceiling entire area to be painted, alot of molding and trim to dust often, wood bannister to second floor where second BR and Bath are located. |
