I particularly notice problems with the carpet vacuum attachment, the brushes seem to move slower than they used to and it does not pick up dirt as efficiently. I have changed the bag and filter, and put cleaning cloths through the pipe system and that has not helped. There does not seem to be anything stuck or impeding the turning of the brushes.
