| Comment: The trim is in need of repair. It was originally painted without primer when new in 1998 within months baseboards, window casings and door casings were chiping off. Since, we have raised the kids and it looked really rough. Last summer hired a painter that was suppose to correct it but, he did not sand the old chipping paint off. he just painted the oil base paint over all the trim, baseboards and window casings without any preparation. It looks still looks rough. What can be done to correct and how much? |
