| Comment: Hi. Basement became damp in snow season when underground drainage line froze. Have since moved line and repaired, but we had to tear out some of the newly finished basement's baseboards. Some of the door jambs may need to be replaced too. It's white composite wood. The carpet was removed, but we still have the old carpet tack strips all around the basement area, and they're dangerous to walk around---assume they're glued down, we also really need to get them removed. |
