Comment: Split entery home, 6 stair section going up squeeks badly. I'm told it was a pre fab set of stairs that was put in house built in 1978. I want this stair section taken out and rebuilt with 2"x 12's ?? on each side and one in the middle so the stairs have good support... Plus screwed and glued treads... so they don't squeek, creak, or grone! there is more to the project and oak railing to be installed but I want a seperate cost bid for each portion as if it could and might be? a stand alone project...........
