Window frame wood has damage by water (possibly some mildew / mold) and may need to be replaced in some places. However, I moved in less than a year ago, so the work should be mostly repairs. I have 4 windows in the bedroom and 2 in bathrooms that will need to b checked for sure. Additionally kitchen, den, guest bath windows may also require repair. |
