Having said that I built the home i live in and have gotten used to some things that "finish" a room, like crown molding, The dated oak kit. cabnets I think I will reface if possiable, also some molding around windows and the "overhang" in the backyard NEEDS. I moving from N.J. due to my mothers poor health (and the basic cost of living) so for now thats prety much it.
