| Comment: Currently the house (double wide) has a wooden 6 step back entry with railing and small one chair sitting ability. There is a rail that goes along the side of the house and the other rail faces the back yard. There is a full opening between the top of the rail and the stairs with one wooden bar in the middle. There are small children that can fall through the current stair rails and also mature adults with knee and back issues. The rail is a bit wobbly and the steps slightly bend by pressure. Would like to replace with a strong sturdy stair with good rails and also enclose the gap from stair to top of rail to avoid children falling. |
