Comment: The granite block wall is slowly slipping forward at the top, not the bottom between my home and a neighbor below. The neighbor has constructed a fence in such a manner that there is no access to the wall from the front. Would probably need to be dug from the back and the blocks either removed and replaced with a different type of wall or pull the blocks back. Looking for a free estimate. I need to have land surveyed first to be sure of the property line, then will proceed.
