| Comment: ?timing - before autumn / winter. And depends on budget. Home has front paver brick walkway and brick stairway entry. Brick stairway needs repair. Paver brick around stairs has settled and has standing water during rain - will need to gut out and improve drainage under the front. You may recommend to address water dropping from roof down onto this front entry area which adds to the problem though I realize this is likely a different repair service (roofer?). |
