| Comment: We just moved into this house 4 months ago...off the 2 tier deck it leads to a large area of mud with an old, off center, stone fire-pit, then up to the right is where "steps" used to be..almost impossible to get up (railroad ties crumbling and falling apart)...the back of the house is a steep slope of old falling down trees and railroad ties and rebar poking up everywhere...then another sloping hill going to the other side of the house where steps need to be and a fence will be installed. Main goal is to build a fence, also fence off the area surrounding the mud/fire-pit, install steps in 2 areas, and a paver patio. We can not afford everything at once, most likely, so we are now getting estimates and will choose what needs to get done now and will do the rest later. |
