| Comment: First let me describe the foundation wall. I have a ranch home with a full basement. The foundation wall 12 cinder block and is 11 courses high. Three courses are above grade and my problem is the middle course of the three course of block. The problem exists in three areas around the foundation perimeter. These three areas are as follows: on the east wall for a linear distance of approximately 15 , on the south wall for a linear distance of approximately 32 and on the north wall for a linear distance of approximately 5 . The problem is the cinder block on this middle course of block is flaking on the surface face of the block where the exists. I have had it evaluated and structurally the block and foundation is fine however, it does appear unsightly. I am not sure why this is the only course of block that is affected. I wish to have this repaired on a permanent level. |

While we have most of the gardens taken care of through donations, we still have no solution to the sinking and weed-infested pebble paths installed. We are looking for donations of crushed limestone for paths and pavers for a patio area. We would also like the price quote on the patio area to see if we can afford it. |
