| Comment: Our home was built in 2006 so there are really no established trees and our small, level lot feels very open to the neighbors. There is some landscaping but we'd like to take it to the next level in terms of curb appeal and function. We are looking for a good plan that can be implemented in stages over the next few years. We'd like some screening and while we are not opposed to a fence, we would like to explore landscape options such as berms/shrubs/trees.
