Comment: We have a sagging floor on the first floor due to a previous owner cutting into the floor through the support beams to install an old oil heater. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and wish to repair this prior to selling so it won't be an issue on the home inspection. We just need someone to come out and look at this issue and advise us on what to do.
