Comment: I am in the process of having a new roof put on my house. I thought now would be a good time to replace the old Swamp Cooler. It is over 25 years old and starting to rust out. It still works but it never did cool very well. I have been reading alot about a 2 stage evaporative cooler that is being used in California and Arizona. But no one seems to know anything about them or where I could purchase one. I just want something that will cool my house but not cost a lot to run.
