We have shut off the unit and restarted, but that has not been successful. The blow is continuously going but has not improved. |

| Comment: AC System seems to be struggling to provide cooling to home. Unit outside is running, blower is operations, but unit is not cooling. System has never struggled before. No sure if leak exists, but would like to have an annual service to see if there is an issue. Thermostat set at 72 Degrees, but indoor temperature is currently at 78 Degrees. We have shut it off for approx. 1 hour and then restarted, but have noticed no change. Unit is continuously running. |
