| Comment: Have a 203K/renovation loan already in place. Had to fire original contractor so fees are set. They cannot be renegotiatated. Windows to be replaced all the way around. Taking two very small bedrooms and making a nice master bedroom and walkin closet, removal of all carpet, add new door entry to 2nd bedroom and new refrigerator. FHA required updates - some electrical, painting all interior rooms, garage electrical and some painting out doors. Because this is a 203K loan contractor has to put up the funds and gets paid as the work is signed off on. |
