Comment: I have three houses and a cabin, need some remodeling and repairs. We have a studio house and the bathroom needs to be finished. Some of the windows dont have trim screens glass or ledges around them. During an earthquake some windows broke and need to be replaced. Some cabinets in the kitchen need doors. And no closets in the house. Need a gate at the bottom of the step of the house. Had a gate put up but the railing is too long so the gate won't close. Wrought iron screen doors and the screening is thick and has deterioted. The hinges and thing for opening the door is missing on some of the doors. Wood framing of doors needs to be replaced. There are other things wrong but we can go over that later. I am trying to get it fixed up so I can get it rented out. The cabin has two showers that needs to work on them. Composting toilet with no housing built around it. Under the house was a storage room to be built, need to have that done over.
