| Comment: I recently have an inspection to sell my home and there are a few things that need to be fixed quickly to continue with the sale. Fix a window and a piece of dry wall, Various electrical corrections, Basement repairs, Plumbing. According to the inspection, repairs must be done by a licensed electrician etc. WINDOW: A crank style window in a bathroom doesn't work so the crank must be fixed. DRYWALL: a old style wall heater will be removed leaving a square hole that will need to be patched. ELECTRICAL: PANEL PROBLEM: 1. THE NEUTRAL WIRES ARE NOT ISOLATED FROM THE GROUND AT THE GARAGE SUB PANEL. 2. IMPROPERLY WIRED SUB PANEL AT THE GARAGE. A JUMPER WIRE IS PROVIDING POWER TO THE RIGHT MAIN HOT LUG INSIDE THE PANEL. 3. OPEN KNOCKOUTS ARE PRESENT IN THE SERVICE PANEL BOX THAT HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO A JUNCTION BOX. KNOCKOUT COVERS ARE USED TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL CONTACT WITH THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS INSIDE THE PANEL BOX. 4. MISSING INTERIOR COVER FOR THE SERVICE PANEL THAT HAS BEEN CONVERTED |
