Commode required to be enclosed area of it's own. Whirlpool bath not needed. Two sinks ideal (whether together or not is not important.) Floor space is estimated to be 10 Ft wide X 17'5 ft deep. Existing unit with much storage can be used and outside can be altered. Storage is needed for bathroom needs, laundry needs, etc. This unit is 3'X4'. Heating is electric with registers and expense to change this is not desired.
